Finding great talent is hard. So is paying and managing talent globally in a compliant manner. Teams use recruiters with varying levels of success – then spend countless hours setting up various HR, benefits, and compliance platforms.
Bolto consolidates AI-enabled recruiting, payroll, and a full suite of HR services all under one roof. Consolidation enables us to offer significantly lower prices than our industry peers and save founders countless hours they would’ve spent on managing multiple solutions.
Bolto Talent
The Bolto platform assesses candidates holistically. We use AI to scan resumes, LinkedIn accounts, Github contributions, and other online portfolios. Bolto then generates an AI behavioral interview and administers additional assessments based on the client’s request. Companies search our talent pool and review interviews and test results to hire their ideal candidates.
Bolto Payroll + HR
Bolto also offers payroll and a full suite of HR services globally. Companies can compliantly pay and manage teams with robust customer support. Issuing ESOPs, filing reports, and paying contractors along with employees is now done in one place.
What’s next
We’re swinging big. Over the next year we are doubling down on developing our AI recruiting and candidate matching models while expanding our footprint in global HR. Bolto will allow teams to plan, run, and execute complete recruiting and HR workflows in both the US, and other countries globally.
